surah Qalam aya 25 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَغَدَوْا عَلَىٰ حَرْدٍ قَادِرِينَ﴾
[ القلم: 25]
68:25 And they went early in determination, [assuming themselves] able.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThey left in the early morning, determined not to let anyone get to their crops.

And they went in the morning with strong intention, thinking that they have power (to prevent the poor taking anything of the fruits therefrom).

Waghadaw AAala hardin qadireena

And they opened the morning, strong in an (unjust) resolve.

And they went in the morning with Hard Qadirin.
