surah Fajr aya 25 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَّا يُعَذِّبُ عَذَابَهُ أَحَدٌ﴾
[ الفجر: 25]
89:25 So on that Day, none will punish [as severely] as His punishment,
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishOn that day no one will penalise like the penalising of Allah, because the penalising of Allah is most severe and lasting.

Fayawmaithin la yuAAaththibu AAathabahu ahadun

For, that Day, His Chastisement will be such as none (else) can inflict,
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
So on that Day none will punish as He will punish.
