surah Hud aya 33 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿قَالَ إِنَّمَا يَأْتِيكُم بِهِ اللَّهُ إِن شَاءَ وَمَا أَنتُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ﴾
[ هود: 33]
11:33 He said, "Allah will only bring it to you if He wills, and you will not cause [Him] failure.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishNoah said to them that he could not bring the punishment upon them, and that only Allah would bring it to them, if He willed; and that they would not be able to escape from the punishment of Allah if He willed for them to be given a punishment.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
He said: "Only Allah will bring it (the punishment) on you, if He will, and then you will escape not.

Qala innama yateekum bihi Allahu in shaa wama antum bimuAAjizeena
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
He said: "Truly, Allah will bring it on you if He wills,- and then, ye will not be able to frustrate it!
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
He said: "Only Allah will bring it (the punishment) on you, if He wills, and then you will escape not.
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
