﴿فَالْفَارِقَاتِ فَرْقًا﴾
[ المرسلات: 4]
77:4 And those [angels] who bring criterion
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd He also takes an oath on the angels that descend with that which differentiates between truth and falsehood.

Then separate them, one from another,
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
The Fariqat that separate.

Almuntakhab Fi Tafsir Alquran Alkarim
and by the angels carrying Allahs Messages to His Messengers heralding the standard by which anything is judged right or wrong, virtuous or immoral, permissible or forbidden
