surah Ghafir aya 47 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَإِذْ يَتَحَاجُّونَ فِي النَّارِ فَيَقُولُ الضُّعَفَاءُ لِلَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا إِنَّا كُنَّا لَكُمْ تَبَعًا فَهَلْ أَنتُم مُّغْنُونَ عَنَّا نَصِيبًا مِّنَ النَّارِ﴾
[ غافر: 47]
40:47 And [mention] when they will argue within the Fire, and the weak will say to those who had been arrogant, "Indeed, we were [only] your followers, so will you relieve us of a share of the Fire?"
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishO Messenger, remember when the followers and the leaders from the people of hell will argue, so the oppressed followers will say to the arrogant leaders: “We were your followers in misguidance in the world, so are you going to relieve us of some of Allah’s punishment by bearing it on our behalf?”

And, when they will dispute in the Fire, the weak will say to those who were arrogant; "Verily! We followed you, can you then take from us some portion of the Fire?"

Waith yatahajjoona fee alnnari fayaqoolu aldduAAafao lillatheena istakbaroo inna kunna lakum tabaAAan fahal antum mughnoona AAanna naseeban mina alnnari
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Behold, they will dispute with each other in the Fire! The weak ones (who followed) will say to those who had been arrogant, "We but followed you: Can ye then take (on yourselves) from us some share of the Fire?
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And, when they will dispute in the Fire, the weak will say to those who were arrogant: "Verily, we followed you, can you then take from us some portion of the Fire"
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".

There and then shall all the inmates of Hell interchange altercating words and hold angry discourse and thus say the weak who lacked strength of purpose and will to those who were extravagant in their accounts of themselves We were your followers: are you now going to carry on our behalf a share of this burdensome infernal afflictions

(40:47) Just imagine when they will remonstrate with one another in Hell. The weak ones will say to those who waxed proud: 'We were your followers. Will you, then, lighten for us a part of our suffering of the Fire?' *64

*64) This they will not say in any hope that their previous guides or rulers or leaders would actually be able to save them from the torment, or would have it reduced. At that time they will have fully realized that those people could not avail them anything there. But they will say this in order to humiliate them, as if to say: "In the world you ruled over us with great show of power and authority: now save us also from this disaster which has befallen us only because of you."

پھر ذرا خیال کرو اُس وقت کا جب یہ لوگ دوزخ میں ایک دوسرے سے جھگڑ رہے ہوں گے دنیا میں جو لوگ کمزور تھے وہ بڑے بننے والوں سے کہیں گے کہ "ہم تمہارے تابع تھے، اب کیا یہاں تم نار جہنم کی تکلیف کے کچھ حصے سے ہم کو بچا لو گے؟"
