surah Al Isra aya 98 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿ذَٰلِكَ جَزَاؤُهُم بِأَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُوا بِآيَاتِنَا وَقَالُوا أَإِذَا كُنَّا عِظَامًا وَرُفَاتًا أَإِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ خَلْقًا جَدِيدًا﴾
[ الإسراء: 98]
17:98 That is their recompense because they disbelieved in Our verses and said, "When we are bones and crumbled particles, will we [truly] be resurrected [in] a new creation?"
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThat punishment which they will meet is their recompense due to their denial of my signs which I sent to my Messengers, and because they said, considering resurrection to be improbable: When we die and turn in to decomposed bones and scattered particles, will we be resurrected after this as a new creation?
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
That is their recompense, because they denied Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and said: "When we are bones and fragments, shall we really be raised up as a new creation?"

Thalika jazaohum biannahum kafaroo biayatina waqaloo aitha kunna AAithaman warufatan ainna lamabAAoothoona khalqan jadeedan
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
That is their recompense, because they rejected Our signs, and said, "When we are reduced to bones and broken dust, should we really be raised up (to be) a new Creation?"
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
That is their recompense, because they denied Our Ayat and said: "When we are bones and fragments, shall we really be raised up as a new creation"

This is in requital of their denial of Allahs Omnipotence and Authority and of their refusal to acknowledge His revelations and signs evincing both His Godhead and His divine nature. And they insolently voice their denial of Resurrection. Thus: Is it conceivable, they exclaim: that when We have been reduced to bones and dust We will be restored to life and be created anew
