And you will see the criminals that Day bound together in shackles, (14:49)

﴿وَتَرَى الْمُجْرِمِينَ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُّقَرَّنِينَ فِي الْأَصْفَادِ﴾
[ إبراهيم: 49]

14:49 And you will see the criminals that Day bound together in shackles,

Their clothes will be made from resin ( a highly flammable substance ), and their sullen faces will be covered with fire.

And you will see the Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism, polytheists, disobedient to Allah, etc.) that Day bound together in fetters; [Muqarranun in fetters; mean:- with their hands and feet tied to their necks with chains.]

phonetic Transliteration

Watara almujrimeena yawmaithin muqarraneena fee alasfadi

Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation

And thou wilt see the sinners that day bound together in fetters;-

Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

And you will see the criminals that Day, Muqarranun (bound together) in fetters.
