﴿وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ﴾
[ المؤمنون: 5]
23:5 And they who guard their private parts
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThose who safeguarded their private parts by keeping them far from fornication, homosexuality and shameful actions; so they remained pure and chaste.

And those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts)

Waallatheena hum lifuroojihim hafithoona

Who abstain from sex,
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And those who guard their private parts.
