surah Nahl aya 53 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَمَا بِكُم مِّن نِّعْمَةٍ فَمِنَ اللَّهِ ۖ ثُمَّ إِذَا مَسَّكُمُ الضُّرُّ فَإِلَيْهِ تَجْأَرُونَ﴾
[ النحل: 53]
16:53 And whatever you have of favor - it is from Allah. Then when adversity touches you, to Him you cry for help.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishWhatever blessing you - O people - have in this world or in the afterlife is from Allah, may He be glorified, and not from anyone else.
Then when some calamity, sickness or poverty afflicts you, it is to Him alone that you plead in supplication to remove what has afflicted you.
Thus, the One who grants blessings and who removes difficulties is the One Who must be worshipped alone.

And ye have no good thing but is from Allah: and moreover, when ye are touched by distress, unto Him ye cry with groans;

Do you -people- not realize that all grace abounding in you is the grace of Allah, and when you are befallen with a misfortune or wedded to a calamity it is to Him that you instinctively cry, pray and beseech for help

(16:53) Whatever blessing you enjoy is from Allah alone; then, when you have a hard time, you with your supplications, run to Him for help. *46

*46) That is, "The fact, that you run to AIIah for help in your distress and not to anyone else, is a clear proof of the Oneness of AIIah, which has been embedded in your own hearts. At the time of your affliction, your true nature, which had been suppressed by the gods you had forged, involuntarily comes to the surface and invokes Allah, for it knows no other god or lord or master, having any real power.
