[ هود: 6]
11:6 And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision, and He knows its place of dwelling and place of storage. All is in a clear register.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThere is no creature that walks on the surface of the earth, whatever it may be, except that Allah has undertaken, through His grace, to provide for it.
He, may He be glorified, knows where it lives on earth and He knows where it will die.
The provision, place of living and place of death for everything – including creatures – are in a clear book, which is the Preserved Tablet.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
And no (moving) living creature is there on earth but its provision is due from Allah. And He knows its dwelling place and its deposit (in the uterous, grave, etc.). all is in a Clear Book (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz - the Book of Decrees with Allah).

There is not one single creature domiciled on earth but derives its sustenance from Allah Who knows its settled habitation and the duration of its life span. He also knows the site of its future interment and when it shall be reclaimed for Judgement Hereafter. All such events are recorded in a Book manifest of precision
Tafseer Tafheem-ul-Quran by Syed Abu-al-A'la Maududi
(11:6) There is not a single moving creature on the earth but Allah is responsible for providing its sustenance. He knows where it dwells and where it will permanently rest. *6 All this is recorded in a clear Book.
And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is meaning
*6). God is, on the one hand, All-Knowing. He knows exactly where each of His creatures is, be it the nest of a small bird or the hole of a tiny worm. On the other hand, God provides sustenance to all, and provides for them wherever they might be. He is aware at all times of where His creatures spend their lives and where they will breathe their last. It would be sheer stupidity if someone were to think that by resorting to methods such as covering one's face, or closing one's eyes one would be able to escape God's punishment. Even if someone succeeds in eluding the Prophet's observation it is to no avail. For no one can escape God's observation. Nor should anyone entertain the illusion that God is unaware of the fact that the Prophet (peace be on him) was doing his best to communicate the truth to the unbelievers, and that the latter were trying their utmost to clog their ears lest the truth reached them.
