﴿إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ شَاهِدًا وَمُبَشِّرًا وَنَذِيرًا﴾
[ الفتح: 8]
48:8 Indeed, We have sent you as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishI have sent you - O Messenger - as a witness to give testimony against your nation on the day of resurrection, and as one to give good news to the believers of the victory and empowerment Allah has prepared for them in the world, and of the bliss He has prepared for them in the Hereafter, and to warn the disbelievers of the humiliation and defeat at the hands of the believers that He has prepared for them in the world, and the painful punishment awaiting them that He has prepared for them in the Hereafter,

We have truly sent thee as a witness, as a bringer of Glad Tidings, and as a Warner:
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Verily, We have sent you as a witness, as a bearer of glad tidings, and as a warner.
