﴿وَوَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِم بِمَا ظَلَمُوا فَهُمْ لَا يَنطِقُونَ﴾
[ النمل: 85]

English - Sahih International

27:85 And the decree will befall them for the wrong they did, and they will not [be able to] speak.

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

And the punishment will befall them due to their disbelieving in Allah and denying His ayahs.
They will not speak to defend themselves due to their inability and the falsity of their proofs.

Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

And the Word (of torment) will be fulfilled against them, because they have done wrong, and they will be unable to speak (in order to defend themselves).

WawaqaAAa alqawlu AAalayhim bima thalamoo fahum la yantiqoona

And the Word will be fulfilled against them, because of their wrong-doing, and they will be unable to speak (in plea).
