surah Hijr aya 9 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ﴾
[ الحجر: 9]
15:9 Indeed, it is We who sent down the Qur'an and indeed, We will be its guardian.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishI alone revealed this Qur’ān to the heart of Muhammad ( peace be upon him ) as a reminder for people.
I will guard the Qur’ān from anything being added to it or subtracted from it, or anything in it being exchanged or altered.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
Verily We: It is We Who have sent down the Dhikr (i.e. the Quran) and surely, We will guard it (from corruption).
phonetic Transliteration
Inna nahnu nazzalna alththikra wainna lahu lahafithoona
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
We have, without doubt, sent down the Message; and We will assuredly guard it (from corruption).
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Verily, We, it is We Who revealed the Dhikr (i.e. the Qur'an) and surely We will guard it (from corruption).
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".

We have sent down the Quran featuring the virtuous divine message of truth which shall never suffer eclipse nor shall its spiritual power ever be on the wane and its preservation against loss and corruption is indeed Our concern

(15:9) As regards this Admonition, it is We Who have sent it down, and We Ourself will preserve it. *6

*6) That is, "You should note it well that it is We Who have sent this `Word'. Thus it is not Our Messenger whom you are calling `insane' but in fact this abusive remark applies to Us. Moreover, you should know that it is Our 'Word' and We are preserving it; therefore, you can do no harm to it; nor can you discredit it by your ridicules, taunts and objections: nor can you hamper its progress, whatever you may do against it: nor will anyone be ever able to change or tamper with it. "
