我决定他死亡的时候，只有持他的手杖的柱虫，指示他... (34:14)

﴿فَلَمَّا قَضَيْنَا عَلَيْهِ الْمَوْتَ مَا دَلَّهُمْ عَلَىٰ مَوْتِهِ إِلَّا دَابَّةُ الْأَرْضِ تَأْكُلُ مِنسَأَتَهُ ۖ فَلَمَّا خَرَّ تَبَيَّنَتِ الْجِنُّ أَن لَّوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ الْغَيْبَ مَا لَبِثُوا فِي الْعَذَابِ الْمُهِينِ﴾
[ سبأ: 14]

我决定他死亡的时候，只有持他的手杖的柱虫，指示他们他已经死了。当他倒下的时候，精灵们恍然大悟：假若他们能知幽玄，那末，他们未曾逗留在凌辱的刑罚中。

我決定他死亡的時候，只有吃他的手杖的蛀蟲，指示他們他已經死了。當他倒下的時候，精靈們恍然大悟：假若他們能知幽玄，那末，他們未曾逗留在凌辱的刑罰中。

当我决定让他[苏莱曼]死亡时，除了吃他的手杖的蛀虫外，没有任何东西向他们[精灵]显示出他已死亡。当他倒下时，精灵们才恍然大悟。假如他们[精灵]能知道未见之物，那么，他们就不会继续停留在凌辱的刑罚中了。

当我决定素莱曼死亡的时候,当蛀虫啃噬掉他曾经拄的拐杖时,精灵才知道他已经死了.
拐杖倒地时,精灵恍然大悟:自己并不知道幽玄,假若他们知道,定不会在凌辱的惩罚中逗留,定不会为素莱曼干那些他生前曾监视他们而干的苦活.

English - Sahih International

And when We decreed for Solomon death, nothing indicated to the jinn his death except a creature of the earth eating his staff. But when he fell, it became clear to the jinn that if they had known the unseen, they would not have remained in humiliating punishment.
