你必不能使死人听（你讲道），你必不能使退避的聋子... (30:52)

﴿فَإِنَّكَ لَا تُسْمِعُ الْمَوْتَىٰ وَلَا تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ الدُّعَاءَ إِذَا وَلَّوْا مُدْبِرِينَ﴾

你必不能使死人听（你讲道），你必不能使退避的聋子听你呼唤。

你[穆圣]绝不能使死者[注]听见[你的宣教]，也绝不能使转身离开的聋子听见你的召唤。

你不能使死者,也不能使聋者聆听你的教诲.
他们的远离已确定了不愿聆听.
同样,你也不能引导像这些不愿受益且反对聆听教诲的人.

So indeed, you will not make the dead hear, nor will you make the deaf hear the call when they turn their backs, retreating.
