E anzi, concessi a quelle genti e ai loro avi temporaneo godimento, - sura Az-Zukhruf Versetto 29

﴿بَلْ مَتَّعْتُ هَٰؤُلَاءِ وَآبَاءَهُمْ حَتَّىٰ جَاءَهُمُ الْحَقُّ وَرَسُولٌ مُّبِينٌ﴾
[ الزخرف: 29]

E anzi, concessi a quelle genti e ai loro avi temporaneo godimento, finché fosse giunta loro la Verità e un Messaggero esplicito.

Non ho affrettato la distruzione di questi idolatri rinnegatori; piuttosto li ho fatti godere lasciandoli in vita e così ho fatto godere i loro padri, prima di loro, finché non giunse loro il Corano e un chiaro Messaggero, Muħammed, pace e benedizione di Allāh su di lui صلى الله عليه وسلم.

Mas Eu fiz gozar a esses e a seus pais, até que lhes chegou a Verdade e um evidente Mensageiro.

29. Y dejé que esos (idólatras), así como sus antepasados, disfrutaran (de la vida terrenal) hasta que les llegó la verdad (el Corán) y un claro mensajero (Muhammad).

English - Sahih International

However, I gave enjoyment to these [people of Makkah] and their fathers until there came to them the truth and a clear Messenger.
