surah Hud aya 106 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ شَقُوا فَفِي النَّارِ لَهُمْ فِيهَا زَفِيرٌ وَشَهِيقٌ﴾
[ هود: 106]
11:106 As for those who were [destined to be] wretched, they will be in the Fire. For them therein is [violent] exhaling and inhaling.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThose who are wretched, because of their disbelief and corrupt actions, will enter the fire of Hell, in which their voices and their breath will be raised due to the severity of the blazing fire that they will suffer from.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
As for those who are wretched, they will be in the Fire, sighing in a high and low tone.

Faamma allatheena shaqoo fafee alnnari lahum feeha zafeerun washaheequn
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Those who are wretched shall be in the Fire: There will be for them therein (nothing but) the heaving of sighs and sobs:

As for those who are wretched, they will be in the Fire, in it they will experience Zafir and Shahiq.
