surah Rum aya 11 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿اللَّهُ يَبْدَأُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ﴾
[ الروم: 11]
30:11 Allah begins creation; then He will repeat it; then to Him you will be returned.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAllah starts the creation without any previous example, then He causes it to die, then will resurrect it.
Then to Him alone will you return to be accounted for and requited on the Day of Judgement.

Allah (Alone) originates the creation, then He will repeat it, then to Him you will be returned.

It is Allah Who begins (the process of) creation; then repeats it; then shall ye be brought back to Him.
