surah Infitar aya 19 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿يَوْمَ لَا تَمْلِكُ نَفْسٌ لِّنَفْسٍ شَيْئًا ۖ وَالْأَمْرُ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلَّهِ﴾
[ الانفطار: 19]
82:19 It is the Day when a soul will not possess for another soul [power to do] a thing; and the command, that Day, is [entirely] with Allah.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishA day when no one will be able to benefit anyone.
The entire matter on that day will belong to Allah alone, to deal as He wishes, and not to anyone besides Him.

(It will be) the Day when no person shall have power (to do) anything for another, and the Decision, that Day, will be (wholly) with Allah.

Yawma la tamliku nafsun linafsin shayan waalamru yawmaithin lillahi

(It will be) the Day when no soul shall have power (to do) aught for another: For the command, that Day, will be (wholly) with Allah.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
(It will be) the Day when no person shall have power for another, and the Decision, that Day, will be with Allah.
