surah Shuara aya 198 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلَوْ نَزَّلْنَاهُ عَلَىٰ بَعْضِ الْأَعْجَمِينَ﴾
[ الشعراء: 198]
26:198 And even if We had revealed it to one among the foreigners
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishHad we revealed this Qur’ān upon one of the non-Arabs who do not speak Arabic.

And if We had revealed it (this Quran) unto any of the non-Arabs,

Walaw nazzalnahu AAala baAAdi alaAAjameena

Had We revealed it to any of the non-Arabs,
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And if We had revealed it unto any of the non-Arabs,
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
