﴿إِنَّ الْأَبْرَارَ يَشْرَبُونَ مِن كَأْسٍ كَانَ مِزَاجُهَا كَافُورًا﴾
[ الإنسان: 5]
76:5 Indeed, the righteous will drink from a cup [of wine] whose mixture is of Kafur,
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe believers who follow Allah will drink on the day of judgment from a filled cup of wine mixed with camphor because of its pleasant fragrance.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
Verily, the Abrar (pious, who fear Allah and avoid evil), shall drink a cup (of wine) mixed with water from a spring in Paradise called Kafur.
phonetic Transliteration
Inna alabrara yashraboona min kasin kana mizajuha kafooran
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
As to the Righteous, they shall drink of a Cup (of Wine) mixed with Kafur,-
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Verily, the Abrar (righteous believers) shall drink of a cup mixed with Kafur.
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
