10:63 Those who believed and were fearing Allah
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe friends of Allah are those who possess the qualities of having faith in Allah and following His Messenger; they are mindful of Allah by fulfilling His instructions and avoiding His prohibitions.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
Those who believed (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism), and used to fear Allah much (by abstaining from evil deeds and sins and by doing righteous deeds).

Allatheena amanoo wakanoo yattaqoona

Those who believe and (constantly) guard against evil;-
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
