surah Hijr aya 74 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿فَجَعَلْنَا عَالِيَهَا سَافِلَهَا وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ حِجَارَةً مِّن سِجِّيلٍ﴾
[ الحجر: 74]
15:74 And We made the highest part [of the city] its lowest and rained upon them stones of hard clay.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishWe turned their towns upside down and rained on them a shower of petrified clay.

And We turned (the towns of Sodom in Palestine) upside down and rained down on them stones of baked clay.

And We turned (the cities) upside down, and rained down on them brimstones hard as baked clay.
