surah Al Imran aya 76 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿بَلَىٰ مَنْ أَوْفَىٰ بِعَهْدِهِ وَاتَّقَىٰ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَّقِينَ﴾
[ آل عمران: 76]
3:76 But yes, whoever fulfills his commitment and fears Allah - then indeed, Allah loves those who fear Him.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishIt is not as they claimed: in fact, there is a sin on them.
However, if anyone fulfils his promise to Allah to have faith in Him and His Messenger, as well as his promise to people to honour their trusts, and is mindful of Allah by fulfilling His instructions and avoiding His prohibitions, then Allah loves those who are mindful of Him and will give them the best reward.

Yes, whoever fulfils his pledge and fears Allah much; verily, then Allah loves those who are Al-Muttaqun (the pious - see V. 2:2).

Nay.- Those that keep their plighted faith and act aright,-verily Allah loves those who act aright.
