Surah Al Imran ayat 6 Tafsir Quran 3:6

﴿هُوَ الَّذِي يُصَوِّرُكُمْ فِي الْأَرْحَامِ كَيْفَ يَشَاءُ ۚ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ﴾
[ آل عمران: 6]

3:6 It is He who forms you in the wombs however He wills. There is no deity except Him, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

He it is Who forms you in the wombs as He will as males or females white black or otherwise. There is no god except Him the Mighty in His Kingdom the Wise in His actions.

He is it who forms you and fashions you inside the womb as He wills and determines the characteristics of your form and appearance. There is no Ilah but Him, AL-Aziz and AL-Hakim (the Wise)

Allah states that He has perfect knowledge in the heavens and earth and that nothing in them is hidden from His watch. هُوَ الَّذِي يُصَوِّرُكُمْ فِي الاٌّرْحَامِ كَيْفَ يَشَآءُ ( He it is Who shapes you in the wombs as He wills. ) meaning, He creates you in the wombs as He wills, whether male or female, handsome or otherwise, happy or miserable. لاَ إِلَـهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ ( La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He ), the Almighty, the All-Wise.) meaning, He is the Creator and thus is the only deity worthy of worship, without partners, and His is the perfect might, wisdom and decision.
This Ayah refers to the fact that `Isa, son of Mary, is a created servant, just as Allah created the rest of mankind.
Allah created `Isa in the womb ( of his mother ) and shaped him as He willed.
Therefore, how could `Isa be divine, as the Christians, may Allah's curses descend on them, claim `Isa was created in the womb and his creation changed from stage to stage, just as Allah said, يَخْلُقُكُمْ فِى بُطُونِ أُمَّهَـتِكُـمْ خَلْقاً مِّن بَعْدِ خَلْقٍ فِى ظُلُمَـتٍ ثَلَـثٍ ( He creates you in the wombs of your mothers, creation after creation in three veils of darkness. ) 39:6.

(3:6) It is He Who fashions you in the wombs as He wills. *4 There is no God but He; the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.

It is He who forms you in meaning

This refers to two important facts.
The first is that no being knows human nature as well as God does; it is thus imperative that man should depend on the guidance revealed by God, something man needs the most.
The second is that the Being Who takes care of all of man's requirements, major and minor, from the time of conception onwards, will not fail to provide guidance for man's conduct in this life.

( He it is Who fashioneth you ) creates you ( in the wombs as pleaseth Him ) short or tall, pretty or ugly, male or female, felicitous or damned. ( There is no God ) there is no fashioner or creator ( save Him, the Almighty ) Who is vengeful against whoever does not believe in Him, ( the Wise ) in creating what is in wombs.

He it is Who shapes you in the wombs as He pleases. La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
