﴿لَّا تَجْعَلْ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا آخَرَ فَتَقْعُدَ مَذْمُومًا مَّخْذُولًا﴾
[ الإسراء: 22]

(17:22) Do not associate another deity with Allah, *24 otherwise you shall he reduced to a state of ignominy and helplessness.

Laa taj`al ma`al laahi ilaahan aakhara fataq`uda mazoomam makhzoolaa

*24) Or it can be rendered like this: "Do not invent another deity besides Allah", or "Do not set up another as a deity beside Allah."

  10. Waya qawmi awfoo almikyala walmeezana bilqisti wala tabkhasoo annasa ashyaahum wala taAAthaw fee al-ardi mufsideen
