Khatama Allahu AAala quloobihim waAAala samAAihim waAAala absarihim ghishawatun walahum AAathabun AAatheem (surah Baqarah: 7)

﴿خَتَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ وَعَلَىٰ سَمْعِهِمْ ۖ وَعَلَىٰ أَبْصَارِهِمْ غِشَاوَةٌ ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ﴾
[ البقرة: 7]

khatamallāhu 'alā qulụbihim wa 'alā sam'ihim, wa 'alā abṣārihim gisyāwatuw wa lahum 'ażābun 'aẓīm

English translation of the meaning

Allah has set a seal upon their hearts and upon their hearing, and over their vision is a veil. And for them is a great punishment.
