Reference to Electromagnetic Recording in the Holy Quran

﴿ وَكُلَّ إِنسَٰنٍ أَلۡزَمۡنَٰهُ طَٰٓئِرَهُۥ فِي عُنُقِهِۦۖ وَنُخۡرِجُ لَهُۥ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ كِتَٰبٗا يَلۡقَىٰهُ مَنشُورًا * ٱقۡرَأۡ كِتَٰبَكَ كَفَىٰ بِنَفۡسِكَ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ عَلَيۡكَ حَسِيبٗا ﴾ [Al-Isrā’: 13-14]

(13) And [for] every person We have imposed his fate upon his neck, and We will produce for him on the Day of Resurrection a record which he will encounter spread open.

(14) [It will be said], "Read your record. Sufficient is yourself against you this Day as accountant."

Surah: Al-Isrā’ - Verse: 13-14 - Juz: 15 - Page: 283

﴿وَلَا تَقۡفُ مَا لَيۡسَ لَكَ بِهِۦ عِلۡمٌۚ إِنَّ ٱلسَّمۡعَ وَٱلۡبَصَرَ وَٱلۡفُؤَادَ كُلُّ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ كَانَ عَنۡهُ مَسۡـُٔولٗا ﴾ [Al-Isrā’: 36]

(36) And do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge. Indeed, the hearing, the sight and the heart - about all those [one] will be questioned.

Surah: Al-Isrā’ - Verse: 36 - Juz: 15 - Page: 285

﴿ٱلۡيَوۡمَ نَخۡتِمُ عَلَىٰٓ أَفۡوَٰهِهِمۡ وَتُكَلِّمُنَآ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ وَتَشۡهَدُ أَرۡجُلُهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكۡسِبُونَ ﴾ [Yā-Sīn: 65]

(65) That Day, We will seal over their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us, and their feet will testify about what they used to earn.

Surah: Yā-Sīn - Verse: 65 - Juz: 23 - Page: 444

﴿ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا مَا جَآءُوهَا شَهِدَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ سَمۡعُهُمۡ وَأَبۡصَٰرُهُمۡ وَجُلُودُهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ * وَقَالُواْ لِجُلُودِهِمۡ لِمَ شَهِدتُّمۡ عَلَيۡنَاۖ قَالُوٓاْ أَنطَقَنَا ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنطَقَ كُلَّ شَيۡءٖۚ وَهُوَ خَلَقَكُمۡ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ ﴾ [Fuṣṣilat: 20-21]

(20) Until, when they reach it, their hearing and their eyes and their skins will testify against them of what they used to do.

(21) And they will say to their skins, "Why have you testified against us?" They will say, "We were made to speak by Allah, who has made everything speak; and He created you the first time, and to Him you are returned.

Surah: Fuṣṣilat - Verse: 20-21 - Juz: 24 - Page: 478

﴿أَمۡ يَحۡسَبُونَ أَنَّا لَا نَسۡمَعُ سِرَّهُمۡ وَنَجۡوَىٰهُمۚ بَلَىٰ وَرُسُلُنَا لَدَيۡهِمۡ يَكۡتُبُونَ ﴾ [Az-Zukhruf: 80]

(80) Or do they think that We hear not their secrets and their private conversations? Yes, [We do], and Our messengers are with them recording.

Surah: Az-Zukhruf - Verse: 80 - Juz: 25 - Page: 495

﴿هَٰذَا كِتَٰبُنَا يَنطِقُ عَلَيۡكُم بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا نَسۡتَنسِخُ مَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ ﴾ [Al-Jāthiyah: 29]

(29) This, Our record, speaks about you in truth. Indeed, We were having transcribed whatever you used to do."

Surah: Al-Jāthiyah - Verse: 29 - Juz: 25 - Page: 501

﴿يُنَبَّؤُاْ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ يَوۡمَئِذِۭ بِمَا قَدَّمَ وَأَخَّرَ ﴾ [Al-Qiyāmah: 13]

(13) Man will be informed that Day of what he sent ahead and kept back.
