surah Al Isra aya 14 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿اقْرَأْ كِتَابَكَ كَفَىٰ بِنَفْسِكَ الْيَوْمَ عَلَيْكَ حَسِيبًا﴾
[ الإسراء: 14]
17:14 [It will be said], "Read your record. Sufficient is yourself against you this Day as accountant."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishI will say to him on that day: O Man! Read your book and take an account of your soul for your deeds.
You are enough to take an account of yourself on the Day of Judgement.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
(It will be said to him): "Read your book. You yourself are sufficient as a reckoner against you this Day."
phonetic Transliteration
Iqra kitabaka kafa binafsika alyawma AAalayka haseeban
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
(It will be said to him:) "Read thine (own) record: Sufficient is thy soul this day to make out an account against thee."
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
(It will be said to him): "Read your Book. You yourself are sufficient as a reckoner against you this Day."
