﴿وَأَصْبَحَ فُؤَادُ أُمِّ مُوسَىٰ فَارِغًا ۖ إِن كَادَتْ لَتُبْدِي بِهِ لَوْلَا أَن رَّبَطْنَا عَلَىٰ قَلْبِهَا لِتَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ﴾
[ القصص: 10]

English - Sahih International

28:10 And the heart of Moses' mother became empty [of all else]. She was about to disclose [the matter concerning] him had We not bound fast her heart that she would be of the believers.

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

The heart of Moses’s mother forgot every worldly matter and became preoccupied with the matter of Moses, barely able to bear patience so much so that she almost expressed that it was her son, due to the immense attachment she had with him.
It was only because of My strengthening her heart and granting her the ability to bear patience, that she became one of those believers who fully thrust their Lord and are patient upon what He decrees for them.

And the heart of the mother of Musa (Moses) became empty [from every thought, except the thought of Musa (Moses)]. She was very near to disclose his (case, i.e. the child is her son), had We not strengthened her heart (with Faith), so that she might remain as one of the believers.

Waasbaha fuadu ommi moosa farighan in kadat latubdee bihi lawla an rabatna AAala qalbiha litakoona mina almumineena

Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation

But there came to be a void in the heart of the mother of Moses: She was going almost to disclose his (case), had We not strengthened her heart (with faith), so that she might remain a (firm) believer.

Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

And the heart of the mother of Musa became empty. She was very near to disclose his (case), had We not strengthened her heart, so that she might remain as one of the believers.
