﴿إِنَّ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ لَا يَهْدِيهِمُ اللَّهُ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ﴾
[ النحل: 104]
16:104 Indeed, those who do not believe in the verses of Allah - Allah will not guide them, and for them is a painful punishment.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThose who do not believe that the verses of the Qur’ān are in fact from Allah, may He be glorified, Allah does not bless them with guidance as long as they persist in that.
They will receive a painful punishment on account of their rejection of Allah and denial of His verses.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
Verily! Those who believe not in the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah, Allah will not guide them and theirs will be a painful torment.

Inna allatheena la yuminoona biayati Allahi la yahdeehimu Allahu walahum AAathabun aleemun
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Those who believe not in the Signs of Allah,- Allah will not guide them, and theirs will be a grievous Penalty.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Verily, those who do not believe in Allah's Ayat (signs, or revelation), Allah will not guide them, and theirs will be a painful punishment.
