surah Muhammad aya 11 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ مَوْلَى الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَأَنَّ الْكَافِرِينَ لَا مَوْلَىٰ لَهُمْ﴾
[ محمد: 11]
47:11 That is because Allah is the protector of those who have believed and because the disbelievers have no protector.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThat mentioned recompense is for the two groups, because Allah helps those who have faith in Him and because the disbelievers have no one to help them.

That is because Allah is the Maula (Lord, Master, Helper, Protector, etc.) of those who believe, and the disbelievers have no Maula (lord, master, helper, protector, etc.).

Thalika bianna Allaha mawla allatheena amanoo waanna alkafireena la mawla lahum
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
That is because Allah is the Protector of those who believe, but those who reject Allah have no protector.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
That is because Allah is the Protector of those who believe, whereas the disbelievers have no protector.

" This reply of the Holy Prophet was derived from this very verse.
