surah Mutaffifin aya 12 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَمَا يُكَذِّبُ بِهِ إِلَّا كُلُّ مُعْتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ﴾
[ المطففين: 12]
83:12 And none deny it except every sinful transgressor.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishNone denies that day except every person who transgresses Allah’s limits and commits abundant sins.

And none can deny it except every transgressor beyond bounds, (in disbelief, oppression and disobedience of Allah, the sinner!)

Wama yukaththibu bihi illa kullu muAAtadin atheemin

And none can deny it but the Transgressor beyond bounds the Sinner!
