surah Al Alaq aya 15 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿كَلَّا لَئِن لَّمْ يَنتَهِ لَنَسْفَعًا بِالنَّاصِيَةِ﴾
[ العلق: 15]
96:15 No! If he does not desist, We will surely drag him by the forelock -
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishIt is not as this ignorant person imagines; if he does not stop causing harm to My servant and rejecting him, I will definitely seize him and drag him violently by the top of his head, towards the hellfire.

Nay! If he (Abu Jahl) ceases not, We will catch him by the forelock,

Let him beware! If he desist not, We will drag him by the forelock,-
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Nay! If he ceases not, We will scorch his forehead --
