surah Assaaffat aya 166 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَإِنَّا لَنَحْنُ الْمُسَبِّحُونَ﴾
[ الصافات: 166]
37:166 And indeed, we are those who exalt Allah."
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAnd we declare Him pure of qualities and descriptions which do not befit Him”.

Verily, we (angels), we are they who glorify (Allah's Praises i.e. perform prayers).

Wainna lanahnu almusabbihoona
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
"And we are verily those who declare (Allah's) glory!"
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And verily, we (angels) indeed are those who glorify.
