surah Waqiah aya 88 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿فَأَمَّا إِن كَانَ مِنَ الْمُقَرَّبِينَ﴾
[ الواقعة: 88]
56:88 And if the deceased was of those brought near to Allah,
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishAs for if the dying person is one of those who hasten towards good.

Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah),
phonetic Transliteration
Faamma in kana mina almuqarrabeena
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
Thus, then, if he be of those Nearest to Allah,
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
Then, if he be of the Muqarrabin,
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
56:88 And if the deceased was of those brought near to Allah, translate in arabic

If he or she is one of those nearest to Allah s special blessedness and he or she stands high in His favour
