Verse 17 from surah Al-Anam

﴿وَإِن يَمْسَسْكَ اللَّهُ بِضُرٍّ فَلَا كَاشِفَ لَهُ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ وَإِن يَمْسَسْكَ بِخَيْرٍ فَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ﴾
[ الأنعام: 17]

English - Sahih International

6:17 And if Allah should touch you with adversity, there is no remover of it except Him. And if He touches you with good - then He is over all things competent.

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

If any calamity from Allah afflicts you, O son of Adam, there is no one who can remove it from you besides Allah.
If any good from Him comes to you, there is no one who can stop Him from that.
There is no one who can hold back Allah’s grace.
He has power over everything and nothing can overpower Him.

Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

And if Allah touches you with harm, none can remove it but He, and if He touches you with good, then He is Able to do all things.

Wain yamsaska Allahu bidurrin fala kashifa lahu illa huwa wain yamsaska bikhayrin fahuwa AAala kulli shayin qadeerun

"If Allah touch thee with affliction, none can remove it but He; if He touch thee with happiness, He hath power over all things.

Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
