surah Qiyamah aya 17 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا جَمْعَهُ وَقُرْآنَهُ﴾
[ القيامة: 17]
75:17 Indeed, upon Us is its collection [in your heart] and [to make possible] its recitation.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishIt is My duty to gather it in your chest and to establish its recitation on your tongue.

It is for Us to collect it and to give you (O Muhammad SAW) the ability to recite it (the Quran),

Inna AAalayna jamAAahu waquranahu

It is for Us to collect it and to promulgate it:
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
It is for Us to collect it and that it be recited.
