[ المؤمنون: 86]
23:86 Say, "Who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne?"
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishSay to them: “Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and who is the Lord of the Great Throne, besides which there is no bigger creation?”
