surah Anfal aya 18 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿ذَٰلِكُمْ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيْدِ الْكَافِرِينَ﴾
[ الأنفال: 18]
8:18 That [is so], and [also] that Allah will weaken the plot of the disbelievers.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThe killing of the idolaters, your throwing, so that they were defeated, as well as Allah’s kindness to the believers giving them victory over their enemy, was all from Allah.
Allah makes weak the plans of those who disbelieve and who plot against Islam.
Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali
This (is the fact) and surely, Allah weakens the deceitful plots of the disbelievers.

Thalikum waanna Allaha moohinu kaydi alkafireena
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
That, and also because Allah is He Who makes feeble the plans and stratagem of the Unbelievers.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
This (is the fact) and surely Allah weakens the deceitful plots of the disbelievers.
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
