﴿وَمِمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا أُمَّةٌ يَهْدُونَ بِالْحَقِّ وَبِهِ يَعْدِلُونَ﴾
[ الأعراف: 181]

7:181 And among those We created is a community which guides by truth and thereby establishes justice.

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

Among those Allah created are a nation which is guided by the truth, calling others to it so that they are also guided, and through the truth they are just in their judgement.
They are the leaders of guidance whom Allah blessed with faith and good works.

Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

And of those whom We have created, there is a community who guides (others) with the truth, and establishes justice therewith.

Wamimman khalaqna ommatun yahdoona bialhaqqi wabihi yaAAdiloona

Of those We have created are people who direct (others) with truth. And dispense justice therewith.
