surah Shuara aya 183 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلَا تَبْخَسُوا النَّاسَ أَشْيَاءَهُمْ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ﴾
[ الشعراء: 183]
26:183 And do not deprive people of their due and do not commit abuse on earth, spreading corruption.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in English“And do not violate the rights of people and cause excessive corruption on Earth by committing sins.
”

"And defraud not people by reducing their things, nor do evil, making corruption and mischief in the land.

Wala tabkhasoo alnnasa ashyaahum wala taAAthaw fee alardi mufsideena
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
"And withhold not things justly due to men, nor do evil in the land, working mischief.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
"And defraud not people by reducing their things, nor do evil, making corruption and mischief in the land."
