﴿إِنَّ هَٰذِهِ تَذْكِرَةٌ ۖ فَمَن شَاءَ اتَّخَذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِ سَبِيلًا﴾
[ المزمل: 19]
73:19 Indeed, this is a reminder, so whoever wills may take to his Lord a way.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishThis admonition - containing an exposition of the horror and severity of the day of judgment - is a reminder that is of benefit to the believers.
So whoever wishes to take a path that leads to His Lord let him do so.

Verily, this is an admonition, therefore whosoever will, let him take a Path to His Lord!

Inna hathihi tathkiratun faman shaa ittakhatha ila rabbihi sabeelan

Verily this is an Admonition: therefore, whoso will, let him take a (straight) path to his Lord!
