surah Hud aya 25 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًا إِلَىٰ قَوْمِهِ إِنِّي لَكُمْ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ﴾
[ هود: 25]
11:25 And We had certainly sent Noah to his people, [saying], "Indeed, I am to you a clear warner
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishI sent Noah ( peace be upon him ) as a messenger to his people.
Noah told them that he was sent to warn them about Allah’s punishment, whilst making very clear the message he had been sent to them with.

And indeed We sent Nuh (Noah) to his people (and he said): "I have come to you as a plain warner."

Walaqad arsalna noohan ila qawmihi innee lakum natheerun mubeenun
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
We sent Noah to his people (with a mission): "I have come to you with a Clear Warning:
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And indeed We sent Nuh to his people (and he said): "I have come to you as a plain warner."
We try our best to translate, keeping in mind the Italian saying: "Traduttore, traditore", which means: "Translation is a betrayal of the original text".
11:25 And We had certainly sent Noah to his people, [saying], "Indeed, I translate in arabic

We sent Nuh to his People with a divine message imparting knowledge of some particular fact and imbued with some graceful and specific attribute, he said to them: My people I stand manifest of authority delegated to me by Allah, the Creator, to give you a cautionary notice with regard to your system of faith and worship
