11:25 And We had certainly sent Noah to his people, [saying], "Indeed, I am to you a clear warner

Abridged Explanation of the Quran

I sent Noah ( peace be upon him ) as a messenger to his people.
Noah told them that he was sent to warn them about Allah’s punishment, whilst making very clear the message he had been sent to them with.

Muhammad Taqiud-Din alHilali

And indeed We sent Nuh (Noah) to his people (and he said): "I have come to you as a plain warner."

Walaqad arsalna noohan ila qawmihi innee lakum natheerun mubeenun

Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation

We sent Noah to his people (with a mission): "I have come to you with a Clear Warning:

Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri

And indeed We sent Nuh to his people (and he said): "I have come to you as a plain warner."
