surah Muddathir aya 28 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿لَا تُبْقِي وَلَا تَذَرُ﴾
[ المدثر: 28]
74:28 It lets nothing remain and leaves nothing [unburned],
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishIt does not spare any person that is punished in it except that it comes on him and does not leave him.
Then he returns to how it was and it comes to him, again and again.

It spares not (any sinner), nor does it leave (anything unburnt)!

La tubqee wala tatharu

Naught doth it permit to endure, and naught doth it leave alone!-

*15) This can have two meanings: first, that it will bum to ashes whoever is cast into it, but even after death he will not escape from punishment: he will be given life once again and burnt once again, This very subject has been treated at another place thus: He will neither die in it nor live." (AI-A`la: 13) Another meaning also can be: "It will leave none who has deserved the punishment and it will spare none from being punished. "
