﴿وَالسَّابِحَاتِ سَبْحًا﴾
[ النازعات: 3]
79:3 And [by] those who glide [as if] swimming
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishHe also takes an oath on the angels who float from the heavens to the earth, by the command of Allah.

And by those that swim along (i.e. angels or planets in their orbits, etc.).

Waalssabihati sabhan
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
And by those who glide along (on errands of mercy),
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
And by the swimmers, swimming.
