surah Al-Haqqah aya 34 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ﴾
[ الحاقة: 34]
69:34 Nor did he encourage the feeding of the poor.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in English“Neither would he encourage others to feed the poor.

And urged not on the feeding of Al-Miskin (the poor),

Wala yahuddu AAala taAAami almiskeeni
