surah TaHa aya 37 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَلَقَدْ مَنَنَّا عَلَيْكَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَىٰ﴾
[ طه: 37]
20:37 And We had already conferred favor upon you another time,
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishI had favoured you another time.

Walaqad mananna AAalayka marratan okhra
Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
"And indeed We conferred a favour on thee another time (before).
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
"And indeed We conferred a favor on you another time (before)."

*17) Allah recounts the favours He had shown to Prophet Moses since his birth in order to impress on him the fact that he had been brought up under Divine care right from his birth for the purpose of appointing him as a Messenger. Here mere references have been made but in Surah XXVIII (AI-Qasas) details of the favours have been given.
