surah Zumar aya 37 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿وَمَن يَهْدِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِن مُّضِلٍّ ۗ أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِعَزِيزٍ ذِي انتِقَامٍ﴾
[ الزمر: 37]
39:37 And whoever Allah guides - for him there is no misleader. Is not Allah Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution?
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishWhoever Allah blesses with guidance, there will be no one able to mislead them.
Is Allah not Mighty, whom no one can challenge, and One who takes retribution from those who reject and go against Him? Indeed, He is Mighty and one who takes retribution.

And whomsoever Allah guides, for him there will be no misleader. Is not Allah All-Mighty, Possessor of Retribution?

Waman yahdi Allahu fama lahu min mudillin alaysa Allahu biAAazeezin thee intiqamin

And such as Allah doth guide there can be none to lead astray. Is not Allah Exalted in Power, (Able to enforce His Will), Lord of Retribution?
