surah Hajj aya 4 , English translation of the meaning Ayah.
﴿كُتِبَ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ مَن تَوَلَّاهُ فَأَنَّهُ يُضِلُّهُ وَيَهْدِيهِ إِلَىٰ عَذَابِ السَّعِيرِ﴾
[ الحج: 4]
22:4 It has been decreed for every devil that whoever turns to him - he will misguide him and will lead him to the punishment of the Blaze.
Tafsir Ibn Katheer in EnglishIt is decreed regarding such rebellious humans and jinns that whoever follows him and accepts him, he will lead them astray from the path of truth, and he will drag him towards the fire of Hell through the disbelief and sins which lead towards it.

For him (the devil) it is decreed that whosoever follows him, he will mislead him, and will drive him to the torment of the Fire. [Tafsir At-Tabari]

Abdullah Yusuf Ali - Translation
About the (Evil One) it is decreed that whoever turns to him for friendship, him will he lead astray, and he will guide him to the Penalty of the Fire.
Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri
For him (the devil) it is decreed that whosoever follows him, he will mislead him, and will drive him to the torment of the Fire.
